Lake Ranchos
The two and a half acre fresh water lake at Las Ventanas del Mar is the home to abundant populations of Talipia, Guapottee (a tropical bass) and fresh water shrimp. After catching dinner, the Lake Ranchos offer a tranquil atmosphere for you to cook your meal while relaxing with friends and family. The three Lake Ranchos feature two large stainless steel gas grills, a food prep station with sink, a six person bar, a cooler for cold items, and beautifully handcrafted tables and chairs.

The Lake Ranchos offer a great location for
any type of celebration. The large open area
is perfect for letting the kids play while the
adults prepare a meal or simply sit and enjoy
themselves at the bar. Several times through
the year we have local bands come to play
for cookouts and gatherings. Homeowners
and renters may acquire additional information
through Management Services for requesting
live music. Reservations are subject to
availability, please request well in advance.

The Ridge Condos
Phase II of Las Ventanas del Mar,
the Ridge Condominiums were
started in late September of 2005.
The first of three buildings was
completed in March of 2007 and the
second building was completed in June
of 2008. The third and last building of
this phase is scheduled to begin
construction in February of 2009.
These condominiums are designed
toemphasize the spectacular views
while providing luxurious comfort.




Each unit has an extravagant living and
dining area, a spacious kitchen, large
bedrooms and a breath-taking terrace.

Ridge Town Homes
Phase One of the Las Ventanas del Mar - the Ridge Town Homes were completed in December of 2005. The eight units consist of six - three bedroom, two and a half bath units - and two units that have dual master suites with two and a half baths.
